A Christmas message from NWSH headquarters

I’m about to put the newsletter on pause for the winter break. Before I dust off my Christmas jumper, there’s time for one last message.

A huge thank you for being part of this community in 2023 🙏

For my family, this year brought with it some powerful reminders that only a few things in life are truly important. It’s easy to get distracted by the rest — the fleeting circumstances, the noise — and it takes real wisdom to stay focused on, and grateful for, what’s important.

I’m trying to cultivate that wisdom; it’s very much a work in progress.

But I do know that this community we’re building together is, for me, a precious and important thing. And at the heart of it all is you.

So thanks for reading — and writing to me — this year. I love every part of making this newsletter, but the best part of all is corresponding with so many of you via email and now in the Monthly Salons.

I’ll be back in January with a plan for another year of NWSH.

In the meantime, wherever you are in the world and whatever you celebrate, wishing you a happy and peaceful holiday season! 🎄🎁🕯️
